A long time ago I had a teacher who told us that time was relative, and the older you got, time would pass faster. Or it would seem to. He was right.

It's hard to believe that I've been doing a 365 project for over seven months now. The photos in this post seem like they happened so long ago (granted the first one was almost a month ago, so I guess it makes sense, but still...). And yet at the same time when I look back at all the photos I've taken this year I can remember each and every day, or at least a specific moment from each day, with the photos I've taken. If you're a photographer, I can't recommend doing a 365 enough. Even if you're not, even if you're someone whose only camera is on their phone, making a photo-a-day collection is a fantastic project. I plan on printing a photo book at the end of the year when I'm done, and you could do this no matter the device you use for your photos. Looking back at your memories=win.

The Blessing Of the Fleet race. It was hard not to run it this year, but pretty awesome to see the really fast runners come in while it was pouring rain. They make running look a little too easy.
