Wakefield Senior Portrait Session | RI Senior Photographer
Whenever a high school senior and their parents book a senior portrait session with me, one of the the biggest things we discuss and spend time planning is where to have the session. As a RI senior photographer, it’s important to me that the senior loves the spot where his or her photos are being taken!
At the end of the summer, I had the pleasure of photographing Chariho class of 2024 senior Eden. Her mom and I spent a lot of time brainstorming and planning what spot or spots would work best for the look Eden wanted for her senior photos. We finally decided on downtown Wakefield, in and around the beautiful gardens behind the Contemporary Theater on Main St.
We had our session on a beautiful late August day. We started out behind the theater with the sun filtering through the trees and made our way to the bridge over the Saugatucket River, to another garden spot, and finally to the swings at Wakefield school, because anytime is the perfect time to play on the swings! I highly recommend it.
During the session I learned more about Eden (she loves her cat…I can relate to this!) I went to Chariho as well so it’s always fun to hear the updates from Chariho seniors on what’s going on there these days.
Eden’s session was so much fun and I wish her the best during the rest of her senior year. Take a look at some of the photos from her session below!
