What do you get when you combine two parents, two kids, and two sets of grandparents on a summer evening? An extended family session! Extended family sessions are sooo much fun to do…as a RI family photographer, it’s always super fun to be able to do these sessions and meet so many family members.

Mom and dad came to RI to visit family this summer, and while they were here, they wanted some photos done before they move overseas with the Marines in the winter. Done! Extended family sessions are so important. Having multiple generations in photos is a wonderful legacy to pass down. To add, kids having photos with their grandparents and other family members are valuable memories that will be cherished for a lifetime.

We met in one of my go-to South Kingstown locations on a pleasant summer early evening. While it can sometimes be hectic to deal with so many different family members, this was a super smooth session. The two youngest members of the family were full of giggles, and both loved when the bubbles were brought out. Bubbles are magical…pretty much everyone loves them!
