You may have heard that AKP has a new studio space! Late this spring, I accomplished my goal of having my own dedicated studio space. AKP's new studio is located at 4259 Old Post Road in Charlestown. It's a great location, with lots to do in the area even after your studio visit!

As a RI family photographer, this is so exciting because it means great things for my clients, such as a set space for consults and session premieres, and a very flexible studio shooting schedule, since the space is used just by me!

The studio is located in an historic building in Charlestown dating back several hundred years. The post and beam architecture gives it lots of character! There's a comfortable seating area for consultations and session premieres, plenty of storage space for props and other things, and a nice long space to set up for shoots.

I've got lots of product samples in the studio (even more since I took this photo!) These make it easy for all clients to see the sizes and quality of products I offer. Also, Buddha Kitty is on the mantle! He comes with me to all my studio spaces.

The princess closet lives in the big bay window area in the studio. This is where all the princess dresses are! It's my favorite part of the studio, full of beautiful fluffy princess dress goodness. This video on Facebook has an even more in depth look at the wonderful princess closet!

I'm really loving this new space and so are clients! I can't wait to see even more of you here!
