End of summer photo sessions are the sweetest. It’s still warm, the light is lovely, and there’s a touch of fall in the air.
As a RI children’s photographer, I get to meet lots of families and kids. In late August, I had the pleasure of photographing two wonderful sisters who came down to see me from the northern part of the state. For Rhode Island, that’s pretty far! They had a sisters princess session. Several days before the session, the girls came to my Charlestown studio to look through the princess closet and pick out their dresses for the session. They had a really good time, and I think they tried on every dress I have! (Who can blame them!) The dresses they picked were perfect for them!
Our session was on a comfortable late August evening, not long before the girls started back at school for the year. The light was beautiful! We met at my favorite Wakefield location, and had an amazing time twirling, blowing bubbles, and giggling. We also got some gorgeous photos of the sisters together. They are so good with each other!
