Somehow when I wasn't looking, nine months of the year have passed by. Summer is slowly transitioning to fall. It's September. I guess time really does fly when you're having fun. Picking up your camera every day and taking a photo sounds easy in theory. There are days when it can be hard, though...when you're tired, when you're busy, or when you just can't figure out what the heck to take a photo of (but there's always the cat!), but so it's pretty rewarding to do a Project 365 and take that photo every day. This is the second time I've done it, and looking back at photos at the end of the year is so cool.

September is the beginning of busy season for many photographers and as a RI children's photographer, it's been no exception here. I've been scouting different locations, following the light, dealing with quite a bit of rain from hurricanes off the coast, and days with beautiful skies. Of course Lionel makes a number of appearances. He's really thinking of becoming a cat model.
