I don't use my Lensbaby very much to capture things that are relatively far away; isn't that why I have telephoto lenses? Most of the time when I'm taking surfing photos it's at 400mm, so to take them from such a short focal length is odd. Sometimes I like how the little Lensbaby works for faraway things, though...someday I'll have a tilt shift lens but until then, there's the Lensbaby. Also, clearly much time was spent by the ocean so I can't complain.
