Studio Newborn and Family Session | Charlestown RI Newborn Photographer
One of the best things about being a photographer is being able to see families grow and being able to photograph them through it all.
I recently had the privilege to photograph the most adorable newborn baby boy in my Charlestown studio. Newborn sessions are always special; a whole new life always brings a sense of wonder and awe, and tiny baby fingers and toes are the best. This session was made even more special because I’ve photographed this family multiple times before: when mom and dad were pregnant with their first baby, newborn photos for big sister, and family photos in the fall of 2021 with big sister. It was such an honor to be able to capture new baby brother along with family photos and some sweet photos of big sister with her new baby brother. She absolutely loves him and loves being a big sister!
Baby Z is SUCH a good newborn. He’s the biggest newborn I’ve ever photographed, and has delicious chubby cheeks and the longest toes ever! He was due on Halloween but decided to bake for nearly two weeks longer and come when he was ready. He is a big fan of being swaddled. He looooved being all warm and cozy (can you blame him?!) and mom and dad said that he is a great sleeper, which they’re grateful for. He slept well throughout almost the entirety of our session, staying awake for a few shots with his sister.
